1. How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order by browsing our products, adding them to your cart, and completing the checkout process with your preferred payment method.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) at selected locations.
3. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 4–7 business days. Express delivery (2–4 business days) is available in selected locations. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee is applied.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use it on our Track Order page to check the status.
6. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can return or request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information.
7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will replace the product at no additional cost. Please contact our support team immediately.

9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
