We want you to love your shopping experience with EMINZ. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered!

🔄 Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Items such as personal care products, undergarments, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.

💰 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer / store credit.

🚚 Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will arrange a free replacement.

Exchanges depend on product availability.

⚠️ Important Notes

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of wrong/damaged item).

Products damaged due to misuse, or without original packaging, will not be accepted.
